No. They can’t, You are using their WiFi means that public IP is theirs and you are using a private IP belonging to their network. The service mentioned relies on public IP to discover the location. So, even if they try to check with public IP (which will be the same for you and them), they will get information (not that accurate) about their own connection to ISP.
