I have always been fit and had a plump hump (from building it over time) but after I had my daughter I’m not sure why but it just had gotten flatter so I needed a little help while trying to rebuild it with my hump workouts (which is recommended while using this product for best results) and I have definitely received my desired results. I don’t normally write reviews but if it will help another woman gain results in a healthier and safer way vs surgery a review of this product is worth the time. Blessings to you!
